Can I request a custom design?
At this time, we do not offer custom designs. We're always working on new creations, so be sure to check back often as we continue expanding our collection.
Are the lamps safe to leave on?
Yes! Our lamps use low-heat LED lighting, making them safe for everyday display. For the longest lifespan, we recommend turning the lamp off when it's not in use.
What if my lamp arrives damaged?
We carefully inspect and securely package every lamp before it ships. If your order arrives damaged, simply contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage, and we'll work quickly to make it right.
